Keith Moore,
CFO

Keith Moore, CFO of PopUp Smiles, has led numerous companies through successful strategic transactions and acquisitions. Throughout his career Mr. Moore has served in various executive capacities from micro-cap to Russell 1000 companies, including Activision, Inc., and POPcast Communications Corp. 

From 1996 through 2007, Mr. Moore served in Chief Executive and other executive capacities for POPcast Communications Corp. and iTechexpress, Inc., overseeing their respective strategic growth and capital raises. From 1991 through 1996, Mr. Moore served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director and Consultant of Activision, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATVI), recognized as the international market leader in videogames. Mr. Moore was a founder of International Consumer Technologies Corp. and was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director since its inception in July 1986 until its merger into Activision in December 1991. 

Mr. Moore earned a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.

Eddie Gutierrez,
Senior Director of Operations

Eddie Gutierrez Joined Pop-Up-Smiles as Senior Director of Operations in 2024, bringing more than 24 years of experience in dentistry and 20 years in management roles. He is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional dental care to our patients as well as overseeing Popup smiles dental operations.  

Eddie has worked with Dental Support Organizations which have allowed him to develop many of his unsurpassed management and team leading techniques.  

Eddie was born and raised in southern California and studied business in CSULB. He enjoys Rams football, and spending quality time with family and Friends.

Chris Etherington,
Director

Mr. Etherington is a highly accomplished and driven dental and medical device sales professional with over 20 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. Renowned for his proven track record of success in dental implants, biologics, and supplies, Chris has consistently achieved exceptional milestones that have set him apart in the medical and dental industries. 

Chris’s career highlights include his work and training with Loma Linda University Dental School and his instrumental role in developing the Pre-Doc program at Western University School of Dentistry. His strong clinical knowledge, combined with his ability to build meaningful relationships and align organizational goals with customer needs, has made him a trusted advisor and valuable resource for dental professionals and institutions. 

As a member of the PopUp Smiles Board of Directors, Chris brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, business strategy, and sales growth. His deep understanding of the dental field, coupled with his passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing clinical excellence, ensures he will play a pivotal role in guiding PopUp Smiles toward continued success. 

Chris’s commitment to innovation and his expertise in aligning clinical knowledge with strategic business objectives make him a vital contributor to PopUp Smiles’ mission of delivering exceptional care and expanding access to quality dental services. 

Ebony Ivory,
Field Manager

With 17 years of experience in the dental field, I’ve had the privilege of starting as a dental assistant and working my way up to management over the course of 10+ years. Throughout my career, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge in both clinical and administrative roles, allowing me to lead teams and optimize operations while always keeping patient care as the top priority. 

Originally from Oklahoma, I’m a country girl at heart with a deep love for nature and adventure. When I’m not in the office, you can find me exploring the outdoors, whether it’s hiking, zip-lining, or enjoying quiet evenings on the beach. I’m also a proud pet owner of a dog and cat, and I love spending time with them when I’m home. 

My passion for my work is matched only by my desire to keep learning, growing, and experiencing life to the fullest. 

Chaun Ruffin,
Vice President

Chaun Ruffin serves as the Vice President of PopUp Smiles, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in the dental industry. With her dedication, she finds great passion in leading the team and enhancing the company’s mission to provide accessible dental care and improve patient experiences. Throughout her career ,she has helped numerous companies, patients and team members achieve goals both professionally and personally, leading to increased growth. What Chaun enjoys most about her career is connecting with other people and building relationships. Above all else, outside of her professional role, Chaun cherishes spending quality time with her husband and children, finding joy in family activities and creating lasting memories. Her dedication to both her career and family reflects her commitment to making a positive impact. 

Dean Rollolazo,
Registered Dental Hygienist

Dean has been a distinguished provider of preventive dentistry in Newport Beach for the past 14years, having taken over the esteemed practice originally founded by Dr. EdwardF. Huster in 1984. A Seattle native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in GeneralSciences with a focus on Biology and Chemistry from Seattle University. He later relocated to Southern California to complete his Dental Hygiene training at San Joaquin Valley College. In 2011, Dean further advanced his credentials with a post-dental hygiene RDHAP certification from the University of Pacific,School of Dentistry in San Francisco. 

Since 2011, Dean, along with his wife Lyssa and their three sons—Braxton, Ryland, and Camden—has called Ladera Ranch home. An enthusiast of fitness, Seahawks football, and spending quality time with family and friends, Dean is dedicated to building lasting relationships with his patients. His commitment to delivering the highest standard of preventive care is evident in his extensive experience, gentle approach, and profound knowledge.

Dr. Richard O’Braitis,
Dentist

Dr. Richard O’Braitis prides himself on giving his patients the unique smile that they were always meant to have. Dr. O’Braitis served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Dental Officer following graduation from Northwestern University Dental School. Dr. O’Braitis has been providing the highest level of dental care to families in South Orange County since 2003. Dr. O’Braitis’ reputation for his excellence in cosmetic dentistry has patients traveling from North Los Angeles, Riverside County, and even Pensacola, Florida to have their smile created by Dr. O’Braitis. 

Dr. Akhavan,
Cosmetic Dentist

Dr. Akhavan graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry.  

Dr. Akhavan has extensive post Doctoral training in Cosmetic Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and Oral Surgery. He has also completed a certification program in dental implantology through the prestigious Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. 

Dr. Akhavan is known to be the best cosmetic dentist in Orange County performing complete smile makeover procedures with extreme precision. His background in engineering has allowed him to be detail oriented and incorporate an artistic aspect to his work. 

Dr. Akhavan is passionate about what he does, striving to provide excellent care to all and treats his patients like family. These unique qualities set him apart from all other dental providers. 

Jennifer Novoa,
Office Manager

Jennifer Novoa grew up in Orange County and has been dedicated to the dental field for over 10 years. With a passion for providing exceptional care, Jennifer’s goal is to create the most comfortable, welcoming environment for patients, ensuring long-lasting relationships built on trust and respect. 

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys staying active through cycling, pickleball, tennis, and hiking. An avid explorer of local cuisine, Jennifer loves discovering new spots to enjoy great food and drink with family and friends. Whether on the court or on a hike, the focus is always on fun and connection. 

The dental field is Jennifer’s true passion, and she is committed to serving the community with comprehensive and quality experience.

Ivette Castro,
Front Office Treatment Coordinator

With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, Ivette Castro has built a strong foundation in patient care and Scheduling Manager . As a Front Office Treatment Coordinator, Ivette excels in providing comprehensive support to patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to treatment completion. Her commitment to patient satisfaction and dedication to promoting optimal oral health are at the core of her work. 

Outside of her professional role, Ivette values family above all else. She has been happily married to her husband, Victor, for over 5 years, and together they are proud parents to their daughter, Natalia Liliana. In her spare time, Ivette enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, creating meaningful memories that last a lifetime.

Erica Vasquez,
Office Manager

Erica Vazquez is an experienced Office Manager at Popup Smiles, bringing over 10 years of expertise in the dental field. With a deep commitment to patient care and exceptional customer service, Erica has become an integral part of the team, having served at Popup Smiles for the past two years. Her responsibilities extend beyond office management, as she actively supports the practice by maintaining a clean and organized environment and assisting the dental team as needed. 

Erica is passionate about helping patients navigate their dental care, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout their visits. Her dedication to the practice and her role as office manager is underscored by her proactive involvement in every aspect of the office’s operations. 

Outside of her professional life, Erica is a devoted wife to her husband, Javier, and a proud mother to three children: Julian (12), Michae (8), and Alina (2). She is an advocate for fostering an active lifestyle for her children, engaging them in sports, trips to amusement parks, and creative activities at home. Family gatherings are a central part of her life, particularly when they include cooking and exploring different cultural cuisines. 

With a passion for both her career and her family, Erica continues to thrive in her role at Popup Smiles and looks forward to contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the practice.

Customer Service Specialist

With over a decade of experience in the dental field, I have developed a strong foundation in patient care and scheduling. As a Front Office Scheduling Coordinator at Popup Smiles, I play a key role in ensuring a seamless patient experience—from the first call to their departure. My dedication to patient satisfaction and commitment to promoting optimal oral health drive me to provide exceptional support every day. 

Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family. We love exploring new restaurants, trying different cuisines, and making lasting memories at Disney. Creating joyful experiences with my family is something I truly value. 

Silvia Villalobos,
Billing Specialist

With over 22 years in the dental field, Silvia began hercareer as a dental assistant, receiving my training through ROP during me senior year of high school. 

After several years in the back office, Silvia transitioned to the front, where I discovered my strength in billing dental insurances. I take pride in helping  both dentist and patients maximize their dental plans. 

Beyond my career, my greatest joy comes from my family. I am a proud mom of three wonderful boys, a devoted wife, a loving daughter and supportive sister. Family is everything to me, and I cherish the moments we spend together, especially on our road trips to explore new places- San Diego being a favorite destination. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors and most importantly, lending a helping hand to those in need.

Maggie Sucilla,
Front Office Lead and Treatment Coordinator

Highly Skilled front office lead with over 5 years of Dental experience and providing exceptional customer service. My main objective is to guide and support my patients throughout their dental journeys. 

Maggie is family-oriented; Every weekend Maggie and her family gather and watch sports but primarily enjoy each other’s company.
